Exercise more and eat less. Doing abs exercises to lose your fat and to build that six-packs abs will not do any good. It’s just a waste of time and energy. Therefore, leave those machines and gizmos that you have brought and make a resolution to get those ‘Brad Pitt abs’ by losing weight from your entire body.
